  • I think the colors and atmosphere are great. Because of the reflection in the lake you can't tell at first glance at what hight the photo is taken... my first impression was that it was taken from a plane... very nice!

Mt. Dora, Florida, December 2006. I took this shot the last time I was back home. It was near sunset and I was standing at the edge of a dock; what you see is the sky just above the lake. It didn't turn out quite how I wanted, but I think it still works on some level. If anything, it's a needed dose of color for the photoblog.
