San Jose, California, July 2006. I took a trip to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (what a ghastly-looking website) a couple of weeks ago and got quite a few shots, mostly of seagulls (which I'll put up fairly soon). The photo seen here is of a boardwalk ride called "Typhoon," caught in mid-action.
